Aperol Spritz
Aperol Spritz: Prosecco D.O.C, Aperol and Soda Water. Served in a wine glass. Garnish: orange slice.
The Spec
- 90 ml Prosecco D.O.C
- 60 ml Aperol
- 30 ml Soda water
Method
Build directly in the glass: fill a large wine/balloon glass generously with ice, pour in the Prosecco, add the Aperol, then top with soda water. Do not shake; no real stirring needed — the soda gently combines it.
Served in a wine glass. Garnish: orange slice.
