Appletini
Appletini: Vodka, Sour apple liqueur, Rich sugar syrup, Lime cordial, Freshly squeezed lime juice and Freshly squeezed lemon juice.
The Spec
- 50ml Vodka
- 22ml Sour apple liqueur
- 5ml Rich sugar syrup
- 5ml Lime cordial
- 5ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 5ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: apple wedge or thin green apple slice (difford's also suggests a luxardo maraschino cherry).
