Barbary coast: Blended Scotch whisky, London Dry Gin, White crème de cacao and Whipping cream. Served in a nick and nora glass. Garnish: grated nutmeg.

The Spec

• 30 ml Blended Scotch whisky
• 15 ml London Dry gin
• 22.5 ml White crème de cacao
• 22.5 ml Whipping cream

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice, then fine strain into a chilled glass.

Served in a nick and nora glass. Garnish: grated nutmeg.
