Boomerang

Boomerang: Gin, Dry Vermouth, Bitters, Maraschino liqueur and Maraschino cherry. Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: cherry.

The Spec

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 2 dashes Bitters
• 1/2 tsp Maraschino liqueur
• 1 Maraschino cherry

Method

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, vermouth, bitters, and maraschino liqueur. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the cherry.

Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: cherry.
