Casino Royale

Casino Royale: Gin, Lemon juice, Maraschino liqueur, Orange bitters and Egg yolk. Served in a whiskey sour glass.

The Spec

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Maraschino liqueur
• 1 dash Orange bitters
• 1 Egg yolk

Method

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass.

Served in a whiskey sour glass.
