Chrysanthemum

Chrysanthemum: Dry Vermouth, Benedictine and Absinthe. Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: orange twist (expressed).

The Spec

• 50 ml Dry vermouth
• 15 ml Bénédictine D.O.M
• 4 dashes Absinthe

Method

Stir all ingredients with ice, then fine strain into a pre-chilled glass. Express an orange twist over the surface and drop it in.

Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: orange twist (expressed).
