- 50 ml Fernet-Branca
- 120 ml Cola , chilled
Method
Fill a highball/Collins (or double old-fashioned) glass with ice. Pour the Fernet-Branca over the ice, then top with chilled cola to fill, allowing for the signature gold-tinted foam head. The carbonation and ice provide the mixing action; if stirring at all, a single gentle swirl preserves the foam.
