French 75
French 75: Gin, Sugar, Lemon juice, Champagne, Orange and Maraschino cherry. Served in a collins glass.
The Spec
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 2 tsp superfine Sugar
- 1 1/2 oz Lemon juice
- 4 oz Chilled Champagne
- 1 Orange
- 1 Maraschino cherry
Method
Combine gin, sugar, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled champagne glass. Top up with Champagne. Stir gently.
Served in a collins glass.
