Funk and Soul: Rum, Apricot Nectar, Pomegranate juice, Lemon and Soda Water. Served in a collins glass.

• 2 shots Rum
• 1 shot Apricot Nectar
• 1 shot Pomegranate juice
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Top Soda Water

Method

Mix all ingredients together and strain into a Collins glass. Use Jamaican rum where possible for a more authentic taste.

Served in a collins glass.
