Golden dream: Galliano, triple sec, Orange juice and Cream. Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: none (traditionally served ungarnished).

The Spec

• 20 ml Galliano
• 20 ml Triple sec
• 20 ml Fresh orange juice
• 10 ml Fresh cream

Method

Shake all ingredients hard with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve straight up.
