Grass Skirt

Grass Skirt: Gin, triple sec, Pineapple juice, Grenadine and Pineapple. Served in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish: pineapple slice.

The Spec

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Triple sec
• 1 oz Pineapple juice
• 1/2 tsp Grenadine
• 1 Pineapple

Method

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, triple sec, pineapple juice, and grenadine. Shake well. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and garnish with the pineapple slice.
