Kingston Negroni: Overproof aged Jamaican pot still rum, Sweet red vermouth and Campari. Served in an old-fashioned glass.
The Spec
- 30 ml Overproof aged Jamaican pot still rum
- 30 ml Sweet red vermouth
- 30 ml Campari
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled, then strain into an ice-filled rocks/double old-fashioned glass over one large cube.
Served in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish: orange twist (long, trimmed orange peel).
