Lazy Coconut Paloma: Coconut Liqueur, Grapefruit juice and Soda Water. Served in a highball glass.

The Spec

• 30 ml Coconut Liqueur
• 75 ml Grapefruit Juice
• Top Soda Water

Method

Mix the coconut liqueur (preferably tequila) with the grapefruit juice and top with soda water. Garnish with a large grapefruit slice against the inside of the glass.

Served in a highball glass. Garnish: large grapefruit slice against the inside of the glass.
