Moonwalk cocktail
Moonwalk cocktail: Grand Marnier, Grapefruit juice, Rose water and Brut champagne. Served in a champagne flute.
The Spec
- 30 ml Grand Marnier
- 30 ml Fresh grapefruit juice
- 3 drops Rose water
- to top Brut champagne
Method
Shake the grapefruit juice, Grand Marnier and rose water with ice, then strain into a chilled glass. Top with champagne.
Served in a champagne flute. Garnish: none traditional; an optional grapefruit twist or small edible flower is sometimes used.
