Penicillin cocktail: Scotch whisky, Lemon juice, Honey and water syrup, ginger liqueur and peated malt whisky. Served in an old-fashioned glass.

- 45 ml Scotch whisky
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Honey and water syrup
- 15 ml Ginger liqueur
- 10 ml Peated malt whisky
Served in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish: skewered crystallised ginger.
