Pimm's cup
Pimm's cup: Pimm's No. 1, Lemonade, Cucumber, Orange, Lemon, Strawberries and Mint. Served in a collins glass.
The Spec
- 45 ml Pimm's No. 1
- 135 ml Lemonade
- 1 slice Cucumber
- 1 slice Orange
- 1 slice Lemon
- 2 Strawberries
- 1 sprig Mint
Method
Build in the glass. Pour Pimm's into a pre-chilled Collins/highball glass half-filled with ice. Add the cucumber, citrus, strawberries, and clapped mint sprig, then fill the glass with more ice. Top with chilled lemonade (or equal parts lemonade and ginger ale), and stir briefly. Overall Pimm's-to-mixer ratio should land around 1:3 (acceptable range 1:2 to 1:3).
Served in a collins glass. Garnish: mint sprig, cucumber, and seasonal fruit (orange, lemon, strawberry).
