Quentin: Dark rum, Kahlúa, Light cream and Nutmeg. Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: nutmeg.

The Spec

• 1 1/2 oz Dark rum
• 1/2 oz Kahlua
• 1 oz Light cream
• 1/8 tsp grated Nutmeg

Method

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, Kahlua, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the nutmeg.

Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: nutmeg.
