Rebujito
Rebujito: Fino sherry, Lemon-lime soda, Fresh mint sprig and Cubed ice. Served in a collins glass. Garnish: mint sprig (lemon wedge optional).
The Spec
- 60 ml Fino sherry
- 120 ml Lemon-lime soda
- 1, plus more to taste Fresh mint sprig
- to fill Cubed ice
Method
Fill a tall glass (or pitcher, traditionally) with ice and a sprig or two of fresh mint. Pour in the chilled fino/manzanilla sherry, then top with the lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to combine.
Served in a collins glass. Garnish: mint sprig (lemon wedge optional).
