Sherry Cobbler
Sherry Cobbler: Amontillado sherry, Palo Cortado sherry, Superfine sugar, Orange wheel and Lemon wheel. Served in a julep tin.
The Spec
- 45 ml Amontillado sherry
- 45 ml Palo Cortado sherry
- 1 teaspoon Superfine sugar
- 0.5 Orange wheel
- 0.5 Lemon wheel
Method
Shake sherry, sugar and citrus wheels with ice, strain into a julep cup with crushed ice.
Served in a julep tin. Garnish: fresh berries, orange and lemon wheels.
