Tia mia
Tia mia: Mezcal, Aged Jamaican rum, Lime juice, Orgeat syrup and Orange curaçao. Served in an old-fashioned glass.
The Spec
- 1 fl oz Mezcal
- 1 fl oz Aged Jamaican rum
- 3/4 fl oz Lime juice
- 1/2 fl oz Orgeat syrup
- 1/2 fl oz Orange curaçao
Method
Shake all ingredients hard with ice cubes, then strain into a chilled rocks/double old-fashioned glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
Served in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish: mint sprig, lime wheel, and an edible orchid (optional).
