Tinto de verano
Tinto de verano: Red wine and Lemon soda / gaseosa. Served in a highball glass. Garnish: lemon wheel or wedge; optionally an orange slice too.

- 90 ml Red wine
- 90 ml Lemon soda / gaseosa
Method
Build over ice. Fill a glass with ice, pour in equal parts (1:1) chilled red wine and lemon soda, and stir gently. Serve immediately so the soda keeps its fizz.
