Agua de Valencia
Agua de Valencia: Cava, Orange juice, Gin, Vodka and Sugar syrup. Served in a wine glass. Garnish: orange slice or orange twist.
The Spec
Method
Build in a chilled large wine glass (copa) or pitcher. Pour in the fresh orange juice, gin, vodka, and sugar syrup (if using) and stir. Add the chilled cava last and stir gently — never shake — to preserve the bubbles. Serve over ice.
