Gimlet

Gimlet: Gin, Lime juice, Sugar syrup and Lime. Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: lime wheel.

The Spec

• 2 1/2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
• 1 Lime

Method

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: lime wheel.
