Boston: London Dry Gin, Apricot brandy liqueur, Lemon juice and Grenadine / pomegranate syrup. Served in a coupe glass.
The Spec
- 22 ml London Dry Gin
- 22 ml Apricot brandy liqueur
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Grenadine / pomegranate syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients hard with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. Served straight up (no ice).
Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: lemon twist (some classic sources call for a cherry).
