South Side: London Dry Gin, Lemon juice, Simple syrup, Mint leaves and Egg White. Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: mint sprigs.
The Spec
- 60 ml London Dry Gin
- 30 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 6 leaves Mint leaves
- few drops Egg white
Method
Shake well with ice, double-strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: mint sprigs.
