Brandy Manhattan

Brandy Manhattan: Brandy, Sweet Vermouth and Angostura Bitters. Served in a coupe glass.

The Spec

• 60 ml Brandy
• 30 ml Sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters

Method

Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled, then strain into a chilled glass.

Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: maraschino/luxardo cherry (optionally an expressed orange or lemon twist).
