Greenpoint
Greenpoint: Straight rye whiskey, Yellow Chartreuse, Sweet Vermouth, Angostura Bitters and Orange bitters. Served in a coupe glass.
The Spec
- 60 ml Straight rye whiskey
- 15 ml Yellow Chartreuse
- 15 ml Sweet vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura aromatic bitters
- 1 dash Orange bitters
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled, then strain into a chilled coupe.
Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: lemon twist (expressed and dropped in). note: david lebovitz garnishes with an orange twist; the original milk & honey spec uses lemon..
