Death Flip
Death Flip: Blanco tequila, Jägermeister, Yellow Chartreuse, Simple/sugar syrup and Whole egg. Served in a whiskey sour glass.
The Spec
- 30 ml Blanco tequila
- 15 ml Jägermeister
- 15 ml Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 dash Simple/sugar syrup
- 1 whole egg Whole egg
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake hard without ice for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg, then add ice and shake again until well chilled. Fine strain into a chilled sour glass.
Served in a whiskey sour glass. Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg.
