Silver Monk
Silver Monk: Blanco tequila, Yellow Chartreuse, Lime juice, Simple syrup, Mint leaves, Cucumber slices and Kosher salt. Served in a coupe glass.
The Spec
- 2 oz Blanco tequila
- 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 7 leaves Mint leaves
- 2 slices Cucumber slices
- 1 pinch Kosher salt
Method
In the bottom of a shaker, muddle the mint leaves and cucumber slices with the simple syrup and a pinch of salt. Add the tequila, Yellow Chartreuse, and lime juice. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled. Fine (double) strain into a chilled coupe.
Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: cucumber slice/spear and a mint sprig.
