Method
Stir gin and dry vermouth with ice until well chilled (about 30 seconds), then strain (fine strain) into a chilled glass.
Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: cocktail onion (pickled silverskin / pearl onion) — this is the defining garnish of a gibson.
