Irish Spring: Irish whiskey, Peach brandy, Orange juice, Sweet and Sour, Orange and Cherry. Served in a collins glass. Garnish: slice of orange.
The Spec
- 1 oz Irish whiskey
- 1/2 oz Peach brandy
- 1 oz Orange juice
- 1 oz Sweet and sour
- 1 slice Orange
- 1 Cherry
Method
Pour all ingredients (except orange slice and cherry) into a collins glass over ice cubes. Garnish with the slice of orange, add the cherry on top, and serve.
