Mai Tai

Mai Tai: Orgeat syrup, triple sec, Sweet and Sour, Cherry and White rum. Served in a collins glass.

The Spec

• 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
• 1/2 oz Triple sec
• 1 1/2 oz Sweet and sour
• 1 Cherry
• 1 oz Light rum

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into glass. Garnish and serve with straw.
