My Fair Lady
My Fair Lady: Gin, Lemon juice, Orange juice, Strawberry liqueur and Egg White. Served in a coupe glass.
The Spec
- 30 ml Gin
- 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml Fresh orange juice
- 15 ml Strawberry liqueur
- 1 Egg white
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: lemon twist (some versions use a strawberry).
