Planter's Punch

Planter's Punch: Dark rum, Orgeat syrup, Orange juice and Pineapple juice. Served in a collins glass. Garnish: cocktail cherry and pineapple.

The Spec

• 1 part Dark rum
• 1/2 part Orgeat syrup
• 2 parts Orange juice
• 1 part Pineapple juice

Method

Pour all ingredients, except the bitters, into shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Pour into large glass, filled with ice. Add Angostura bitters, "on top". Garnish with cocktail cherry and pineapple.

Served in a collins glass. Garnish: cocktail cherry and pineapple.
