Painkiller: Navy rum, Pineapple juice, Orange juice and Cream of coconut. Served in a wine glass.

Method
Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain (pour) into a large glass or goblet filled with fresh ice. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
Served in a wine glass. Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg, plus an orange slice and a cocktail cherry.
