Red Hook
Red Hook: Straight rye whiskey, Punt e Mes and Luxardo Maraschino liqueur. Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: maraschino or brandied cherry (e.g. luxardo).
The Spec
- 60 ml Straight rye whiskey
- 15 ml Punt e Mes
- 15 ml Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
Method
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice until well chilled, then strain (fine strain) into a chilled cocktail glass.
Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: maraschino or brandied cherry (e.g. luxardo).
