Remember the Maine: Rye Whiskey, Sweet red vermouth, Cherry liqueur and Absinthe. Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: lemon zest.

The Spec

• 60 ml Rye Whiskey
• 22.5 ml Sweet red vermouth
• 15 ml Cherry liqueur
• 7.5 ml Absinthe

Method

Absinthe-rinse the glass; stir remaining ingredients with ice, strain into the rinsed glass.

Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: lemon zest.
