Vieux Carré
Vieux Carré: Rye Whiskey, Cognac, Sweet red vermouth, Benedictine and Peychaud's bitters. Served in a cocktail glass.
The Spec
- 30 ml Rye Whiskey
- 30 ml Cognac
- 30 ml Sweet red vermouth
- 1 bar spoon Benedictine
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: orange zest and maraschino cherry.
