Water Lily: Gin, triple sec, Crème de violette and Lemon juice. Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: expressed orange zest twist.

- 22.5 ml Fresh lemon juice
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake well until chilled, and fine strain into a chilled coupe.
