- 22.5 ml Triple sec
- 22.5 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Egg white (pasteurised)
- 7.5 ml Sugar syrup (2:1)
- 3 drop Saline solution 4:1
- 3 drop Orange flower water
Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: expressed lemon zest twist.
