Barracuda: Rum, Galliano, Pineapple juice, Lime juice and Prosecco. Served in a margarita glass.

• 4.5 cl Rum
• 1.5 cl Galliano
• 6 cl Pineapple Juice
• 1 dash Lime Juice
• top up Prosecco

Method

Shake pour ingredients with ice. Strain into glass, top with Sparkling wine.
