IBA Tiki
IBA Tiki: Gold rum, Smoky Rum, Amaretto, Frangelico, Maraschino liqueur, Passion fruit puree, Pineapple juice, Lime juice and Ginger. Served in a tiki mug.
The Spec
- 30 ml Gold Rum
- 30 ml Smoky Rum
- 15 ml Amaretto
- 5 ml Frangelico
- 5 drops Maraschino liqueur
- 30 ml Passion fruit puree
- 90 ml Fresh pineapple juice
- 30 ml Fresh lime juice
- 1 slice Ginger
Method
Muddle ginger, add other ingredients, shake vigorously with ice, strain into a Tiki glass with pebble ice.
Served in a tiki mug. Garnish: citrus and dehydrated pineapple slice.
