Bay breeze: Vodka, Cranberry juice and Pineapple juice. Served in a collins glass.
The Spec
Method
Build directly in an ice-filled highball/Collins glass: pour vodka over fresh ice, add cranberry juice, then pineapple juice, and stir gently. (Difford's suggests shaking then straining onto fresh ice, which adds a little froth from the pineapple juice — acceptable, but the Bay Breeze is fundamentally a built highball, not a shaken-and-strained drink.)
Served in a collins glass. Garnish: lime wedge (a pineapple wedge with a maraschino cherry is also common).
