Blue Hawaii
Blue Hawaii: Vodka, Blue Curaçao, Pineapple juice, Lemon juice, Simple syrup and White rum. Served in a hurricane glass.
The Spec
- 22.5 ml Vodka
- 15 ml Blue Curaçao
- 90 ml Pineapple juice
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 22.5 ml Light white rum
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain (or dirty-pour) into a chilled glass filled with crushed ice.
Served in a hurricane glass. Garnish: pineapple wedge and a cocktail umbrella (optionally a maraschino cherry / orchid).
