Pisco Punch: Pisco, Pineapple juice, Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Dry white wine and Cloves. Served in a wine glass.
The Spec
- 60 ml Pisco
- 22.5 ml Fresh pineapple juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 30 ml Dry white wine
- 3 pieces Cloves
Method
Mash syrup with cloves, add remaining except wine, shake, double-strain, float wine on top.
Served in a wine glass.
