Bronx: London Dry Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Dry Vermouth, Orange juice and Orange bitters. Served in a coupe glass.
The Spec
- 45 ml London Dry Gin
- 22.5 ml Sweet vermouth
- 15 ml Dry vermouth
- 30 ml Fresh orange juice
- 1 dash Orange bitters
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice, then fine-strain into a chilled glass.
Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: orange zest twist, expressed over the drink.
