Income Tax
Income Tax: London Dry Gin, Dry Vermouth, Rosso Vermouth, Orange juice and Angostura Bitters. Served in a coupe glass.
The Spec
- 45 ml London dry gin
- 22.5 ml Dry vermouth
- 22.5 ml Rosso vermouth
- 22.5 ml Fresh orange juice
- 1 dash Angostura aromatic bitters
Method
Shake all ingredients hard with ice, then fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express orange zest oils over the surface and drop in or discard the twist.
Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: orange twist (zest expressed over the drink); an orange wheel/wedge is also common.
