Bamboo

Bamboo: Fino sherry, Dry Vermouth, Orange bitters and Angostura Bitters. Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: lemon twist (express oils over the drink).

The Spec

• 45 ml Fino sherry
• 45 ml Dry vermouth
• 2 dashes Orange bitters
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Method

Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled, then strain into a chilled glass.

Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: lemon twist (express oils over the drink).
