Cooperstown cocktail

Cooperstown cocktail: London Dry Gin, Dry Vermouth, Rosso Vermouth and Mint. Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: fresh mint sprig.

The Spec

• 60 ml London Dry Gin
• 15 ml Dry vermouth
• 15 ml Rosso vermouth
• 1–2 sprigs Fresh mint

Method

Stir gin, both vermouths, and a mint sprig with ice, then fine strain into a chilled glass (the Savoy original shakes it). It is an all-spirits drink, so stirring is the cleaner choice.

Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: fresh mint sprig.
