Corn n Oil
Corn n Oil: Lime, Falernum, Angostura Bitters, Añejo rum and blackstrap rum. Served in an old-fashioned glass.

The Spec
- 1/2 Lime
- 1/3 oz Falernum
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 oz Añejo rum
- 1 oz blackstrap rum
Method
Cut the half lime in half again. Add the lime, falernum, and bitters to a rocks glass. Muddle. Add the rum. (Aged Barbados rum such as Plantation 5 Year is recommended). Add ice and stir. Float the blackstrap rum on top. Serve with a straw.
Served in an old-fashioned glass.
